Hidden away in the depths of the Gallura area these is a small picturesque village that preserved and enhanced their ancestral traditions like local Carpets: Aggius. We walk among an open air museum with granite houses and arts, we also have a Carpet making class with a local artisan. A day focused also on some other beautiful locations like Luogosanto, a “sacred” and authentic place where time passes slowly. We will learn the art of cheese making, in the Supramonte area, directly from a family of shepherds. We will have a lunch, immerse in the nature with breathtaking view with local products coming from this land. After lunch we move to Orgosolo, cradle of archaic traditions that offers glimpses of enchanting and timeless Sardinia. Alghero is famous for its fine coral, which is used locally with gold to make every manner of adornment. We will see, directy from a local craftsman, the red coral processing steps until it becomes a work of art. Later, we walk in the old town, a labyrinth of narrow streets that connect piazzas bustling with life, the yellow walls and ancient houses echo the Catalan origins of the city After that we back to 3500 years ago discovering the most important civilization in Sardinia in a guided tour inside the wonderful Nuragic Complex: Palmavera.

We are in Capo Marrargiu area, a promontory of volcanic nature, with reddish rocks and coves. Trekking in this area means looking at some of the rarest fauna species including peregrine falcons, golden and Bonelli’s eagles, but the great protagonist is another bird: the griffon. We will also explore marine life with a wonderful guided snorkeling tour, and after that we taste typical Sardinian products while the slow and deep beats of the griffon will join us on a great viewpoint.

We will drive along the provincial road 105 looking at amazing viewpoints until we arrive to the “Gourmet destination”, where a family of shepherds will be waiting for us for an exciting Cooking Class.
